Where is my professional?

Once someone has accepted your booking and set off, the booking screen shows them on a map with their name and an estimated arrival. Before that it shows that we are still finding someone. If the arrival time passes and nothing has changed on the screen, message support with the booking reference rather than waiting — we can see the job record and tell you where it actually stands.
