Can I change the time of a booking?

There is no way to move a booking yourself once it is placed. If the new time is soon, the simplest route is to cancel and book again for the time you want — check the refund shown on the cancel screen first. If cancelling would cost you, message support instead and ask for the visit to be moved; we can do that for you.
