Can I cancel a booking, and will I be charged?

Open the booking and choose Cancel. The exact refund is always shown before you confirm, so you never cancel without seeing it. Cancel within 30 minutes of booking and you always get everything back. After that, while we are still finding you a professional, cancelling more than 2 hours before the visit is free and inside 2 hours you get 75% back. Once a professional has accepted your booking it can no longer be refunded, because they have committed to that time and turned other work down. Once the work has started a booking cannot be cancelled in the app — message support instead.
