Open the booking and choose Reschedule or Cancel. How much is refunded depends on how much notice you give: cancel 2 hours or more before the start and you are refunded in full, at least 30 minutes before and you are refunded 90%, and less than 30 minutes before 70% — the professional has already reserved that time. A booking that has started can only be ended through the professional or support.
