Warranty scope, service frequency and response times are defined in the approved contract; no default period applies.
Scope, quantity and final price must be agreed before work starts. Additional work and parts require customer approval. Safe access and necessary utilities must be available. Any paid inspection fee is deducted from labor charges when the agreed work is carried out under the same request.
