A site visit to inspect the reported issue, identify the required work and provide a quotation before execution.
If the customer agrees to proceed and the work is carried out, the paid visit fee is deducted from labor charges for the same request. If no work is carried out, the visit fee remains payable. Parts and materials are quoted separately.
