Service for: Routine elevator maintenance. The technician checks the site and requirements, confirms the scope and performs the agreed work, followed by a relevant completion check.
Proposed workmanship warranty for the days shown, starting at handover and limited to the same completed work. Excludes misuse, unrelated faults and third-party alterations. Product warranties follow the supplier’s terms.
Scope, quantity and final price must be agreed before work starts. Additional work and parts require customer approval. Safe access and necessary utilities must be available. Any paid inspection fee is deducted from labor charges when the agreed work is carried out under the same request.
