Service for: Post-construction and renovation cleaning. The technician checks the site and requirements, confirms the scope and performs the agreed work, followed by a relevant completion check.
Scope, quantity and final price must be agreed before work starts. Additional work and parts require customer approval. Safe access and necessary utilities must be available. Any paid inspection fee is deducted from labor charges when the agreed work is carried out under the same request.
